| Role Synopsis | |||
| The role would primarly involve Handling of Utility areas - Utility control [Boilers,DG Set,Compressors, Raw Water Treatment Plant, Cooling towers, MCC Panel, Transformer , HT yard,Water storage tank,Routine & Break down Maintanance}, ensuring man machine relationship through TPM, conducting RCA for breakdown, conducting periodic maintenance to minimize breakdowns, | |||
| Key Duties & Responsiblities | |||
| Member of the utility , to have control of the Equipments through out the shift | |||
| Ensuring the Chemical dosage of cooling tower and Boiler feed water | |||
| Maintain water treatment plant uptime (100%) and run WTP with the optimised set conditions | |||
| Maintain Boiler uptime (100%) and run boiler with te optimised set conditions | |||
| Maintain Compressor uptime (100%) and run Compressor with te optimised set conditions | |||
| Maintain Power Factor to unity, Maximum demand with allowed limit and 100% Adherence of Peak hour & other restricted hour load shutting at TNEB Side | |||
| Recording the E.B log and boiler log sheet | |||
| RAC (Root Asset care ) to be done shift wise and for any abnormalities found to be captured. | |||
| House keeping of utility areas & scrap generated to be moved to the scrap yard as per RMS | |||
| Shift wise Data entering in DPR , SAP for all the KPI's relate to the shift | |||
| Optimise utility start up and set up conditions during power failure and D.G change over | |||
| Jointly Responsible for the total shift production including machine and process effeicency | |||
| Daily Routine Activities | |||
| Maintaining water level for all tanks | |||
| Furnace oil, Diesel Level maintaining and pumpings to day tanks | |||
| Hardness and PH check for Raw water and boiler Feed water and initiate necessary actions | |||
| DG SET A ,B check and C check | |||
| Trouble shooting of abnormalities in utility equipments | |||
| RCA to be done & Documentation to be completed for the breakdowns in the shift, to initiate & complete | |||
| the corrective action | |||
| Recording deviation analysis in case of process variations | |||
| Critical parameters Deviation Highligting to all the concerned | |||
| Recording change events in the history cards of equipments in case of shift failures | |||
| Adherence to the common KPI & individual KPI shift wise in accordance to the annual goals taken | |||
| Preparation of RGP (Returnable gate pass) / NRGP (Non Returnable gate pass) for material flow as per the commercial SOP | |||

| Should be outspoken and a go getter and have sound knowledge in Mechanical Maintenance of Rotary equipments and adherence to process. Preferably orked in an FMCG set up with atleast 2 Years of hands on experience in Production related activities and good knowledge in SAP. | |||
